What is bananastees.com?

Bananatees is the new project from illustrator, designer and t-shirt fanatic Dale Edwin Murray – an eclectic collection of independent, fun and affordable graphic t-shirts.

What are your tees made of?

All of our tees are 100% cotton (apart from the marl gray which is 10% polyester) and made in Honduras

How do I know what size tee to buy?

There is a link to a size chart on each product page within the store. Alternatively you can find the size chart here

The graphic t-shirt/size I need is sold out, how will I know when it is back in stock?

The best way to stay up to date with what’s happening at bananastees is to subscribe to our newsletter in the top right hand corner of the homepage. It’s also a good idea to follow us on twitter, facebook and keep a regular eye on our blog. That way, you won’t miss out on news, discount codes and notifications of reprints/new designs etc.

Do you sell women’s tees?

No at the moment we are only selling men’s sizes but we might start doing tees for the fairer sex at some point in the future.

SHIPPING

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We will endeavour to ship orders within 2 working days of receiving your order.

What shipping method do you use and how much does it cost?

UK £1.95 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail is delivered within 1 – 3 working days. Packages which will not fit through your letterbox may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Each additional item will add 50p to the postage total.

EUROPE £7.50  Airsure Small Packet service via The Royal Mail is delivered within 5 – 10 working days. Please note that orders may require a signature on delivery. Parcels are tracked right through to delivery. For countries not covered by the Airsure service, the International Signed-For service will be used. Each additional item will add £1.50 to the postage total.

REST OF THE WORLD £7.50 Airsure Small Packet service via The Royal Mail is delivered within approximately 8 – 12 working days. Please note that most orders require a signature on delivery. Parcels are tracked right through to delivery. For countries not covered by the Airsure service, the International Signed-For service will be used. Each additional item will add £1.50 to the postage total.

What about customs or import duties?

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

What if I don’t receive my order?

You must inform us within 7 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please use the contact form on the site & quote your order number.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express all through PayPal.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from this store?

No, you don’t need to have a Paypal account but if you have one it’s an easy way to pay!

How secure is this site?

Very. We use Paypal for payments which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to us using the SSL Protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) with an encryption key length of 128 bits, which is the highest commercial level available.

What’s your exchange/returns policy?

We obviously hope that you will be happy with your Bananas tee but if for any reason you aren’t or want to exchange it for another size then you must return it unworn within 20 days of your card/account being debited.

The first thing to do is use the contact form on the site to explain the reason for wanting to return the item and we will advise you on the best course of action. Please quote your order number.

Returned tees should be sent in a saleable condition with the original invoice to the following address

We will aim to send your new tee(s) within 5 working days of receipt of your return. It will be sent via Royal Mail at no extra cost.

I’ve sent a tee back for refund – how soon will I be credited?

Returned items will be processed within 5 working days. We aim to make refunds to cards/your Paypal account as soon as possible, and normally within 3 – 5 working days. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or account as the length of time for a refund to be processed depends on the card issuer.
